These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through New Earth Estates’ website.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once payment is received.

  • Guests may pay through our secure Wix payment portal or via Zelle.

  • A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the property.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 7–29 days before check-in

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in

  • Extenuating Circumstances: Full refund with valid documentation (e.g., serious illness, emergency, or natural disaster)

 

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests agree to treat the property respectfully and follow all house rules.

  • Any damages or violations may result in loss of security deposit or additional charges.

  • Smoking, unauthorized parties, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

 

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out times will be provided in your confirmation email.

  • Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

New Earth Estates is not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or unforeseen circumstances that affect your stay, except where required by law.

 

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
