Balmville Estates
Balmville Estates offers a warm, family-friendly getaway thoughtfully designed to accommodate large groups with space, comfort, and convenience. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this multi-level home features two dedicated guest floors, ideal for families, friends, or visiting groups.
Note: The first floor is reserved for permanent Bethel commuter residents and is not part of the guest rental.
Guest accommodations begin on the second floor, accessed via one flight of stairs. The third floor (Top Floor Haven) requires two flights of stairs.
Stairs are currently the only means of access to both guest floors.
